Unique Goody Bag Element
I thought this would be a fun and unique item to add to the goody bags for my 4-year old daughter's birthday party. I ended up making my own labels (i.e. "Make Your Own Snowflake Bookmark") so parents would know what they were. The crafts were well received - especially at a time of year when everyone is looking for indoor activities for snowy days!

Fun project
There were a few different kits within this set, which gave more options for designs - none have to be the same at all. I actually have extra pieces that I can use for something else later. Easy to glue and assemble. Someone else was trying to punch the tiny pieces out of the small snowflakes, but they look more like they were halfway punched for the design rather than intended to come out. I think that's why they weren't all the way punched through to begin with. Regardless, they look terrific without doing that and that was only one of the snowflake designs out of a few choices. Absolutley adorable, although not sure how usable they are when they're that thick.

Poor Quality
I was not satisfied with this product. The first package I opened had a dirty white foam piece. The little peices in the snowflakes were too hard for the children to push out, even I couldn't get some out without tearing the snowflake.

Good, but quick craft for 9 yr olds
We had a "Blue" birthday party for my 9 yr old daughter. THis was one of the crafts we made. Used gluesticks and worked fine. Easy to follow for 9 yr olds, quick for them. Tip: Write name on back before they start gluing!

Inconsistent quality
The kits were cute, and the kids enjoyed them, but at least 1/3 of my students became very frustrated when their kits did not have all the pieces. It was a good thing I had 5 extra kits, because we had to break those apart to find adequate pieces for the others. What was supposed to be a fun craft while I handled other class party arrangements turned out to be something that needed my full attention. The snowflakes were impossible to punch out. I told the kids to ignore the directions and create something they loved--which they did. If consistency improved, I'd highly recommend this product.

The kids loved them
I used these as a craft for a program on winter for 7-10 yr olds. They loved them. None of them read the directions, they just took the materials and did their own thing, and all of them turned out great. I thought the quality was just fine. I would buy them again.

Not for little fingers
Having to "poke" out the pieces of the snowflakes was tedious at best, many ripped in the process, and even adults had trouble - the younger children were not able to "poke" without tearing!

did you order the same product
The quality control was horrible; individually packaged, each package did not contain the same materials. I would say that at least half of the packages, only contained half the material. The punch outs, were poorly punched and 15% ripped. I'm suspect of the reviews that give it such a high rating because this had to have come out of the same batch.
