Great Craft
I got these for a gift for all my relatives to put a picture of my daughter with Santa in it for everyone. They were easily put together and look awesome. My only "complaint" was that i needed to use some hot glue or super glue to hold them together. Other than that they are perfect.

Snowman Photo Magnet Kit
I have purchased from Oriental Trading for many years. Being a teacher, I use many different ideas and products. This year, the quality of these picture frames just didn't meet up to my standard. I would say of the 24 frames we ordered, at least 8 of them were unable to be used because they were either missing parts (ones that were BIG parts... not what comes in the tiny extra pieces package) or were unusable. For example, at least of our packages the snowman (which is the focus of the frame) had the adhesive strip on the FRONT instead of the back. When I ordered enough to have one or two extra, there are going to be kids that are disappointed when it comes down to it. I would hope that these type of quality checks would be done better. I don't know if I'll order any of these kits again, and that's too bad. My students have always enjoyed them in the past.

Missing pieces
I purchased these magnetic foam frames as an activity for my daughter's kindergarten class. Each frame comes packaged in its own bag, which made it easy to hand out to the kids. Unfortunately, as we started to build the frames, we realized that many of the bags had missing pieces (some were missing the carrot nose, two were missing snowman arms, birds, etc.). The final result was really cute, but I would recommend having a few extra sets on hand to address the missing pieces. Great instruction sheets included in each bag.

Classroom Holiday Project
As lead classroom parent for 20 Kindergarten students, I chose this magnetic photo frame over a photo ornament because we could use larger pictures. I initially made one frame so we'd have a template/sample for the party. The most time-consuming step is "punching out" the 5 little blue snowflakes. I ended up using a long-nose tweezers so I didn't rip them apart. Plan ahead! This will be a fun project for the 5 - 6 yr olds, but I've done A Lot of prep work (punched out 100 snowflakes & assembled frames) in advance so the craft can be completed in the classroom. having all self-adhesive pieces is Wonderful! Unless you have a lot of adult helping hands... I would suggest inserting the photos & piecing together the frame in advance. I made a "2nd" version by cutting the photo hole slightly larger and used a Class group photo to make a gift for the teachers. You may want to purchase some additional self-adhesive magnets as the frame gets a little heavy with all the parts.

Substitution
Ordered the 2012-13 Snowman Photo Frame Magnet Craft Kit frames. Frame package for 2011-12 was substituted. In the 2011-12 package there were only 2 2012 frames. Did not send the 2012-13 frames as they were not available. I had to pay to ship back the substitutes when Oriental Trading shouldn't have sent anything at all.
