Great for paper tie-dye.
We used these for tie-dying the paper lanterns. It was surprisingly less mess than I expected when working with 3-11 year old children. Using the eyedroppers helped, because they did not let the kids get more color than they needed. The price is a little bit high at first glance, but you can dilute the colors with water, so it goes a long way. We had about 25 people doing the craft and only used about 1/4 of each bottle. Nice variety of colors too. I especially liked that they had black and brown, because they usually get left out when dealing with watercolors.

What a mess!
We were very disappointed with these paints. The little bottles that they come in are leaky. The watery paint stains skin immediately and takes many washings and a bath to come off of skin. It stains clothing, but does seem to wash out once washed. It is not a 'child-friendly' product. It took us extra scrubbing on tables to clean it off the surface as well.

DO NOT BUY!!!
bought this paint thinking that if kids got it on hands or clothes, it would wash off like crayola washable paint. Boy was I wrong. It DOESN'T come off. My kids hands are still stained 3 days later

great for 2's on up
This is the third time that I've ordered these watercolors (although I order them individually for more/less of certain colors). We have found these tremendously useful for each classroom from the two year old's on up. Easy clean-up (except if you happen to get it on clothing...then you might be stuck) and the colors are very vibrant. Many successful projects with positive feedback from parents! We have used this for spatter painting, spray bottle painting, brush paintings, coffee filter tie-dye,color for wood "staining" (clothes pins, paint stir sticks, craft sticks), refilling washable ink pads, shaving cream marbling...you name it.

nice ensemble, somewhat messy
The colors are very, very nice. The dispenser tops could be designed better for less dripping since the liquid is much, much thinner than, lets say, acrylic (or any other) paint., so take note!

Nice quality
Nice quality and the price is average compared to other companies. Watercolors are expensive, but they do make a good quality project.

Worth every penny!
My friend told me about these watercolors, and at first I thought they were pricey, however well worth it! They are very vibrant in color, and my kids loved them! They can be mixed with water to not only make them last even longer but also to make them even more colorful. I would recommend this item to anyone who has lots of children, for a classroom or even for playdates! They are great!
