great arch We used this to make a balloon arch for the end of the year celebration. It was easy to put together and very durable. It will be nice to have something that can be used again and save on the cost of helium. If you fill the balloons with slightly less air, it is easier to twist them on the arch. It took about an hour to assemble the whole thing and fill it. June 13, 2012
