We bought these for a two yr.old class. The kids love learning to cut and we love not having to worry about them cutting hair. They are great.

Great for playdough!
I bought these scissors to use with playdough. I have not tried them on paper as plastic scissors probably don't work all that well for paper. They are pretty good quality and hold up well to frequent use with playdough. They are a fantastic price.

Excellent choice for little cutters
I got these to use at a children's art class that has had many 3 and 4 year old participants. They are great because they don't cut clothes or hair, but they do allow the children to practice with cutting. Finding the right thickness of paper is they key. They are also great because they have a large hole for the bottom fingers and a smaller hole for the thumb. They won't cut paper as well as regular scissors, but they do cut good enough for lots of great practice!

Excellent product
Cuts paper easily and can cut thick paper such as cardstock. Will not cut hair/ other items: yes we tried. Wonderful item very thrilled with. Bought for back to school packs for my PK Sunday School class & will probably order more for work.

Amazing, Simply Amazing
We've had some trouble with children cutting each other's clothing or hair lately in my preschool class. I tested these as soon as I got them, and they really do only cut paper!! I can't wait to use these in my classroom. I might even order another set.

They work
I purchased these for our PK/K class. I did not get to see them use them so I do not know how easily the scissors worked for them. However, I was able to cut paper with them. I then tried to cut my hair and the scissors did not cut it. My first grade son saw me try this and decided to try it himself. Much to my relief, the scissors did not cut his hair either.

beginner scissors
These are great for little ones to learn how to cut without hurting themselves. I highly recommend these.

Great for Preschoolers
I give a pair to each student attending Headstart...parents and staff love them as they only cut paper. Quite a show when I attempt to cut my own hair with these...and they don't cut!

Nice Quality and Safe
