Pretty Piece of Jewelry
Bought these for my daughter's 13 birthday party goody bags and was so delighted with how nice they are. My only reason for giving it 4 stars instead of 5 was the cords are a little short and the hooks are cheesy. I want to keep one for myself, but if I do, I will have to get supplies to make a slightly longer cord.

Worked Okay
We got these for our daughter's "dolphin" party to serve as the "thank you" favor for the children. Fortunately, I opened one a couple of days before the party to check it out. The cord was bent from the packaging. I ended up opening all of them and letting them hang for those couple of days before the party. By partytime the cords has straighted out better.
The clasp is pretty flimsy and too difficult for many children - even some as old as 10.

Quality goes down year after year
I have been buying 7 dozen of these necklaces every year for about 10 years now. They used to be awesome. The cord was soft and satiny. They were available with beautiful beads, and the clasp was actually big enough to open and close. Now you can hardly see the clasp its soooooo small. The cord is shorter, stiff, and wirey. The only thing that has not changed is the quality of the dolphin and the price. I understand that there has been a lot of inflation in the economy since 10 years ago. I would gladly pay more than 7.99 per dozen to get better quality. Maybe its time to start giving customers a choice of "good", "better", and "best". The quality is sooooo poor on these necklaces compared to what they used to be that I will definately be shopping the internet to find a new source to get my yearly 7 dozen necklaces.

Cool!
I really like the dolphin - very pretty! For those who have given such a poor review, these average out to less than 70 cents a piece so you can't expect super high quality. I have ordered these to use as focal pieces with other projects - a great bargain as such. The finished project will be beautiful. As always, very fast service. Always a bargain.

Absolutley hORRIBLE
At a school party, I won a necklace. The minute I took it out, it broke. I tried fixing it, but it was hopeless. Never ever buy this. I threw it away. The only part thats useful is the bead. I suggest you buy it use the beads. Its gorgeues.

Not really impressed
This necklace is very dull. The dolphin is black, the two beads are silver on a somewhat stiff black cord material. These do not have a real necklace clasp and are very difficult to put on and take off and catches in long hair. Not very sturdy at all.

not bad for the price but much darker than pictured didn't realize hematite was so dark in color--didn't return but probably won't buy again

very poorly made
These necklaces are very pretty both online and in person. However, they are very poorly made and the clasps come off very easily.. I am a teacher and added them to the end of year goody bags. 4 of my girls clasps slid right off as they opened the clasp to put on their necks. One girl cried about it and I had ordered just enough for the goody bags. I was very disappointed with this purchase and was looking for a contact link on the website.
