SOOOO CUTE!!!
I ordered this for my neice's b-day. I can't believe how cute it is! It looks more like a doll than a pinata. I would have had to pay alot more at the stores near home for a pinata that looks less than half this cute! I am incredibly satisfied!

not the best quality
I have not used the pinata yet it arrived a few days ago. So I do not know if the strings will work or if Dora's head will fall off, but I can tell you that the construction is poor. And i will not be surprised if her head does fall off as there is a space between her neck and head that i can stick my little finger in. So I am keeping it and have my fingers crossed.

My granddaughter Loved it
The pinata was cute, It didn't open when the kids pulled the strings. They finally pulled all the strings out and no candy came out. We had to pull on the pinata to get the stuff out. The head seperated from the body and became a conversation piece. The older kids thought it was cool to behead Dora. We thought from reading the reveiws that we could keep the pinata as a decoration after the party, but not without a head! It was ok and the kids had fun, just a little too tough to open when the strings are pulled.

Didn't work and poor quality
The pinata first of all did not look like the one pictured. There were marks across the print used for Dora's face and when the children tried the strings none of them produced a reward. Eventually the adults had to break the pinata open for the children to get the candy. I would not recommend this product to any parent. I would have returned it but had insuffiecent time to obtain a different one.

String did not work
The strings did not work as advertised. an adult had to go in and break it with a stick.

Great party addition, keepsake
This was a little tedious to load and we had to shake it to get much of the candy out, but it worked well and is a great keepsake reminder from the party.

DORA PINATA
I ha reviewed other comments ont his item. One comment stated that there is only one hole int he back back...but that's not true...there is a flap at the tip of the forehead and the scalp....so u could stuff the head....if you only stuff the backpack...depends on the number of guests you might have to buy two Pinata's cause the backpack doesnt hold much goodies....now the head takes alot of stuffing!!! I LOVE THIS ITEM

Great for LITTLE ones
I was surprised at how well made the Dora pinata was made & the price was great. We loved the fact that our daughter who just turned 3 could actually have a pinata for her birthday with the November weather always being too cold to be outside.
Pull strings worked great & is better geared towards smaller children. Don't stuff the pinata too full or the candy will not fall out by itself.
