Mini Nativity Set
Wonderful for Grandchildren
I bought a set for my grandchildren and a set for the family next door, so they could recreate the first Christmas. I really think the reason for Christmas should be emphasized.

Adorable Nativity Set
I collect Nativity sets and this one is a favorite.
It is a sweet collection of the people and animals at the Manger. The figures are detailed and colorful. The pieces are breakable but not so delicate that you don't want the children to play with it. The figures inside the stable are stationery. They cannot be removed. This set has the camel to go with the Wise Men. Not all sets include the camel. I kept it on my kitchen window sill and I enjoyed it all season.

not for kids
Thought this would be great for a small child but it really isn't. The pieces are too small (swallowable). The largest pieces may be "approximately 2 inches" but others are just too tiny to let a child play with.

This is so cute! I bought one for myself first, then ordered two more for my niece and nephew as their 'first Christmas gift'. The quality is great for the price... glad I thought to look on orientaltrading.com

Mini Nativity Scene
Only wished that baby Jesus, Mary, Joseph and the angel were removable. I planned on using the nativity scene as I read the Christmas story while letting the kids add the pieces as The Story of Jesus's birth was read.

I bought this Nativity set mainly for use in my Sunday school class. I teach 3 and 4 year-olds. The children had a great time role playing with the figurines. The figurines appear to be durable and are the perfect size for little hands.
I also set the set up at home and the grandsons play with it.

This is a cute manger scene that I bought to use in Children's Church. Then I brought it home to display. The figures are cute and just right for small hands.
