Bit too big even for adults My kids were sad not to be able to wear these hats---just too big for their heads. Even too big for mine and I am an adult. I used a stocking cap underneath and it helped the hat stay put. Decent fabric, though. November 6, 2012

Runs too big Hats seem to run too large for almost all hats I have ordered through O. T. I order things for kids, and they fall down over their entire head. They are even big on me. I think they need to revisit the average head size, and have the hats sized smaller. Cute, but not for the price. June 11, 2012

A little disappointing I bought these for a school project my kids were doing on the USA one had a hole in the top where the stiching missed and the material was flimsy. We had to stuff them with paper so they stood up. March 11, 2011

Very poor quality I bought this hat for my son to wear in a school parade. It was so large that it wouldn't fit on his head and was impossible to wear. It felt as if you could poke a hole through the hat it was so thin. I managed to sew it together in a couple of places and stuff it with tissue paper so he could wear it that day, but I was very disappointed in the price and quality of the hat. May 18, 2010
