Would not purchase I had the bags monogrammed and they arrived with the print smeared and off center. They were AWFUL! In addition, the bags are very flimsy and low quality. On a positive note, I called to inquire about return, and customer service agent was friendly and helpful. I hope the rest of the return transaction goes smoothly as well! August 28, 2012
