I bought this as a replacement to my classroom mailbox for Valentine's. The box was very, very small! Then, after playing with it for only 1 day, the door to the mailbox wouldn't shut and it was bent due to the thin metal used to make it. Don't waste your money on this one. It isn't worth it.

Good, but a little to small for children to play with.

I purchased this little mailbox for my Granddaughter's room, so when she comes to visit, she can get her own mail, notes from the family, etc. I think she'll love that all year long.

This is a small mailbox, but is the perfect size for little notes I leave for my son to find when he comes home from preschool. Would also be perfect for stickers, matchbox cars, and other small items. The flag goes up and down. The door is a little hard to open, so I just don't push it shut all the way. It is a nice bright red and you can decorate however you want. I tried painting his name on it, but that rubbed off quickly. I recommend stickers/printed labels.

The mailboxes themselves are really cute and have instant appeal to the children to work on. They really enjoyed working on them and using them to store their things in.
I just wanted to warn about this so others wouldn't be disappointed at well. They do not come with supplies to decorate them with.
We do have plenty of stuff to decorate them with, I just thought something came with it. I found these by running a search on crafts so I read too much into that it would be a kit.
