Cute for kids
I bought one for my daughter because she likes to play mail. It's cute and seems sturdy. We decorated it with stickers and it looks really adorable. I would recommend it. The flag seems sturdy enough for repeated use too.

Cute, but tough to open
This mailbox is very cute and durable. It's small, as stated in the description and can hold an index card or smaller. The main drawback is that the door is tough to open, even for an adult. This doesn't stop my 4-yr-old from playing mailman every day, though.

Smaller than I'd hoped
I bought these for my kids. I had hoped that they would be good for the Valentine's Day box they take to school (to save me time & patience of making one) on Valentine's Day. However when I received them in the mail they are quite small, I doubt they will fit the classes Valentine's cards as well as candy.
If these were a bit larger then it would be perfect. The kids LOVED the idea and now they are heartbroken that the mailboxes are too small to use.

Cute, but not the best quality
I bought these from OTC about 12 years ago (for part of a client gift). The quality back then was really good for the price. These newer ones are made with really flimsy material. The little flag is closer to orange than red, the part the secures the closing is easily bent and could be broken if bent more than once. Bottom line, they served their purpose, but thought they were not quite up to quality I expecting based on my prior purchase.

Not A Craft Kit
These are cute and well constructed. Just know they do not come with anything to decorate them. I was a bit thrown off because I thought this was considered a craft project. We had plenty of things on hand, but like I said, I thought it did come with items. We use them for pens, crayons, scissors, glue sticks you name it. Ours came all put together. Wide range of purposes

mailboxes
I recently order these for a craft project and was delighted. They were the perfect size and only a couple handles broke off which was easily repairable. Overall i was happy with the red and white mini mail boxes and had fun decorating them with stickers.

Everyone Loves Them
Great little product at a great price. I ordered by the case, and a couple of the mailboxes were banged up a bit. I have reorded twice and will continue to do so.

good art project
I'm a mother of 6 and i home school. i bought 8 of these. we designed them using foam paper to decorate each box. we use these as a reward system. for example they have to earn there flag. when there flag on there mail box is up then they earn a reward. doing good in school or just doing things around the house. also its a great communication system as well. my husband works...A LOT and if the kids want to say something to him they just write a letter and put it in his mail box. the only thing is that i thought it would be bigger. but we still love them!
