White Foam Wreath - Large
Not what expected.
I bought this to make the parasol wreath on this site as well as pinterest. I was having a luau and thought the wreath was adorable. This is not what my foam wreath looked like. It was not rounded, and it was really hard. The parasol's went through, but with a ton of effort. I broke a few pushing them through. Then the sides looked silly. I almost wish I had wrapped it in leis before I put the parasols in, but it took so much work getting them in, I wasnt about to take them out. I saw the kind of wreath I thought I was getting at a local store for a similar price, and squeezed it, and it was a softer foam. Not sure if I got the wrong one, or the review is wrong, but I do wish mine had been rounded and softer.

If you're looking for a "smooth, round" wreath, keep looking.
When I purchased this wreath, I was looking forward to receiving the wreath that is in the picture. Unfortunately, the wreath I received is boxy and made of a cheap Styrofoam. They need to update their photo on here because it is very misleading. I went ahead and used it, and I made it work. Constructing my project wasn't quite as easy as it should have been, though, because of the boxy edges. You can see other reviews, and everyone has received the same thing. Oriental Trading, please do the right thing and change the photo - it's not fair for someone to spend money on something and have to return it because it's not what they ordered. Thank you!

NOT what is pictured!
I bought this to make for a baby shower. Even on the package it says "beveled" wreath. It is NOT beveled. This has BOXY edges. It will be hard to work with. It is also WHITE and not SMOOTH like what is in the photo here. We will see how this turns out but it would have been much better beveled as I was led to believe this would have been. Too late now! The party is tomorrow!
Click the thumbnail picture to see a photo of the wreath as it arrived at my house to see if you want to purchase this product.
I love Oriental Trading however, and I love the normally love all of the products I get from them.

I've made diaper cakes before, but had never heard of doing a diaper wreath. I thought it was a cute, new idea, so I decided to make one for a friend. It is doable, but if you are using disposable diapers, you will need at least a size 3. If I ever make one again, I will probably try a size 4 or 5. Also, to me the picture made the wreath look very round and smooth. It is of course round as it is a circle, but it is boxy on the edges, which makes it a little harder to work with.
