Seemed like a good idea ... I find these more annoying than helpful. Perhaps if someone was working exclusively with jump rings (making chain mail?) they'd be a boon, but they get in the way and I have to stop and take it off constantly. If I had smaller fingers and they'd go past the first knuckle, maybe that wouldn't be a problem? For the price, I'd like them to be more useful. July 25, 2011
