BEST ANSWER: No they are not. They come in a big bag as two people have already mentioned. Which results in many of them bent but, no biggy. I won't say anything about COVID since you didn't ask about that. :)
Are these a chocking hazard for children 2 years old and older?

BEST ANSWER: They are a bit large to easily go down a two year olds throat, but I never underestimate the power of a child’s mind and cunning! My 12 year old accidentally swallowed a quarter and it went down his airway! A visit to the emergency room took care of that, but a good time was not had by all!
