If I get this can it be delivered by 8/16 and can I return if it is not what I am looking for. And Can Flowers be added to it

  • BEST ANSWER: For this to be delivered by 08/16 you would need to choose express shipping, you would be able to return it however you may not be able to add flowers to it as it is light weight and may tip over if not weighted down.
