This hat is very inexpensive in cost, with quality to match (very thin material, lots of loose threads), but is adequate to meet the need for a costume item just to be used on St. Patrick's Day.

Cute thematic hat
Cute hat - I bought it for my husband to wear to a St. Patrick's Day themed event, but it was a bit small for a man and he chose not to wear it. I would purchase again, as the quality seems good - just too small for the person I had in mind!
