I am a huge OTC fan, and their customer service people are second to none. That said, if you order these boxes, be sure to order about twice as many as you need, because they are imported from some factory where there is no quality control. The boxes are packaged up while the glue isn't yet set, so some are stuck together, some have no acetate windows, no bows, or the color has big white scrapes where it's come off. They are workable, but especially with the darker colors, there's not much you can do about the ones stuck together because if you gently pull them apart, the color comes off and you're left with splotches. Out of 100, I had at least 40 that had to be tossed in the trash. OTC replaced them, of course, but half of the replacements had the same flaws. China: get your act together!!

Description on the website was very accurate. Boxes were perfect for my party favors for my daughter's bridal shower.

I bought these for a baby shower and gave them out as favors. They are sturdy, great quantity and quality for the money. I filled them with dinner mints and used them to decorate the dessert and cake tables. People really liked them.

No complaints. Color (lime green) is very pretty. You need patience to put them together, but that's ok. :)

I purchased these little boxes to fill with jelly beans for Easter. They are perfect to hand out to our neighborhood; 55+. I will include a prayer card with the explanation for each color bean. These will be certain to put a smile on our neighbors faces.

Will hold one cupcake or soaps. Sturdy once put together.

Box is too small for chocolates I had in mind. Perfect for candies such as M&Ms and skittles etc. Box is not so sturdy but if your in a budget not so bad since it goes with a small ribbon. Had to return it.

Purchased these to hold small bars of gift soaps. Perfect fit. Easy to assemble and only 1 out of 100 was missing a bow. Amazing price for quality and quantity.

Order the deeper shade of purple. These are a great value and can be filled with different kinds of candy. I usually make them at the end of the school year for the teachers as a Thank You. Easy to assemble.
