Cracked jar
3 of the 4 glasses were as expected although some of the etched writing looks crooked. One of the glasses is terrible. There is an obvious crack in the handle and above the etched writing are letters and numbers raised on the glass like a canning jar. I emailed a complaint asking for a replacement to be sent and I have not received a reply yet. I’m very frustrated because these are a gift and I’m afraid I will not get a replacement in time.

Disappointed
The mugs are kind of small which is not a huge deal but the print on the mug is SO TINY. You could easily miss that it is even personalized. I usually love everything I get from OTC but I wouldn’t recommend these mugs.
