Not a quality product
This has to be one my worst purchase at OT. The inscription is straight and spelled correctly but there is a long scratch line on the bottom of the inscription . The lid is very loose, does not fit tightly on the mug. Bought this as a gift for someone but unfortunately I cannot give it to him anymore. Overall, product is cheaply made and not worth the money.

I ordered from here few times and always satisfied, but this tumbler is not spill proof, top won't stay on so because the way you hold it. Engraved was nice , tumbler too. Just done sealed so when drinking from it i need to remove the top.
