The first one I received was broken (no extra pieces so it was selected at the warehouse that way.) My replacement came quickly and my experience with customer service was great. But it was very dusty and gross, almost like it had been used. I had to thoroughly clean it before we could use it. It was the only option out there that was close to what we wanted so we settled in buying, but I really wish the lid was attached.
