Wooden Handle Maracas to Decorate
Soothing sound.
Great size for children to decorate with washy tape, colorful electrical tape, or permanent fine-tipped markers. They will be at an activity table for children before Bryan Symphony concerts at Tennessee Technological University. In advance, I drew a quarter note on each maraca with glow-in-the-dark paint for an outdoor evening concert so the paint is already dry. Children can decorate around the note.

Dec. 2018 update - Your online description says plastic handle, wooden bulb. But over a year ago, you posted that it's wooden handle, plastic bulb to answer a question.So which is it? (and it's a really important difference...)

BEST ANSWER: It would be incredibly helpful if the website description was changed to the accurate description of wood handle, plastic bulb. I almost purchased these because I thought the bulb was wooden, per the website description. My plan was to have kids paint them at a birthday party. Only because I pretty thoroughly read the comment did I learn the bulb had been changed to plastic. It would have been a big disappointment to get them and be left with no way to decorate, or be scrambling to figure out a different way to do it.
