Over inflate with a pump!! Work perfect!
The trick is you have to use a ball pump and over inflate them!! They work prefect! If ur blowing up my mouth they deflate faster then u can plug it! Worked perfectly!! Kids stoked!

Bought 3 dozen inflatable swords to pass out at my kids party. They are horrible once you blow it up the air comes out ASAP. The safety clasp doesn’t help trap the air in it. Very mad! Waist of money now they just sitting in a box

Frustrating but fun
Kids thought they were fun. I was frustrated that I couldn't get them to hold enough air to have them fully inflated. If just a little air escapes while you're trying to close the valve they are limp. Even still, kids had a blast waking each other with them.

Great for 1 use, landfills
Tried a ball bump, as recommended in one review; worked great for 11/12 swords. Inflated the night before my son's party to know what I was working with. Held most of their air overnight, but when I tried to tap it off right before the event, it lost more than I could add. The 1 that came home with us was entirely deflated by the morning after, and even a successful re-pump lost all air within an hour. This is a one-time use item.

Great Addition for Ninja Party
I used this as party favor at the end of my son’s first birthday. The only reason this didn’t get 5 stars is because the swords didn’t seem to inflate to their full potential (about 90% full).

Use hand pump
I followed instructions from another review to use a hand ball pump and it worked perfect. No air leak when I went to seal them. Great for sons ninja party
