I see it is 2x3.... Is 2 inches the length and 3 inches the width? (I need 2 inches width and 3 inches length) If so, is there any way to customize?

When I preview the sticker using the blog script font, a different font shows up. Also, the thank you doesn’t show up. Will it still be there?

I just placed an order for these stickers but noticed after I placed them it didn't say anything about the background color of the sticker. The picture shows white, so I'm hoping that is what they are as they are being placed on royal blue bags and I selected blue and black wording.
