The colors are vibrant...perfect for the Fiesta theme! Texture is good; heft is good...nice and heavy, however the size is a bit small. These would be more for a luncheon than for a dinner buffet. All in all, they're really pretty...would purchase again. I think if they seem too small for your sit-down, they might look good as a runner down the dinner or buffet table...or they could work nicely as "inserts" on individual dining trays. The colors and design definitely say Fiesta! Thanks.

I was expecting thin paper place mats. I was thrilled when I received these high-quality place mats that are thick enough to reuse and slick so they can be whipped off. We have decided to cut out shapes and use them for place cards and other purposes to match the decor of our event!
