BEST ANSWER: Yes, 3 colors of whirlybird cap, 3 colors of stem. You assemble them yourself, so you can coordinate, or mix and match, the colors as you wish. Hope this helps.

BEST ANSWER: Yes some very minor assembly. Open the box, pinwheels are in 2 pieces - long straw-like stems that you insert into the back of the pinwheels where there is a little circular attachment. Very easy and takes less than a minute. Pinwheels arrived in perfect condition - not crushed or wrinkled. Plus was happy that they were a metallic material so they are good for indoors or outdoors.
