Not a craft for kids.
These are small, and arrived already put together. This makes it very challenging for kids to paint them. I expected to be able to have the kids paint the star separately from the posts. Its OK if they are painting the whole thing one color. Also, they don't spin great because they aren't angled enough to catch the breeze. My kids were disappointed with this craft.

I didn’t expect such a detailed or sturdy piece for the price. It is intricate, yet easy enough to paint and decorate.

How big are the individual stars? Both the bigger center one and the smaller outer ones?
