Didn't spin
The price was great but the product was not. They didn't spin. We returned the full shipment. The ONLY product we've ever returned from Oriental Trading.

Halloween pen wheels.
The upside these pinwheels are sturdy and strong just like we were looking for, the downside, It takes a hurricane force wind to get them to spin.

Cute but not functional
Pinwheels are rather small and do not pick up the breeze very well. They looked festive along our sidewalk but not as functional as previous pinwheels.

Nice
So, I do like these.. but a lot of them didn't spin due to the plastic being bent at a weird angle and catching on the handle. I can't remember how many actually spun but there were a few.

Super affordable and great variety
The items from both orders placed were used for a Cub Scout Pack mini community carnival. All the items were super cute and popular and the staff was very helpful. The items were also well priced

Very cute. But in putting them together a few of them did not work - would not spin. I'm checking all of them before I give them to children and Halloween.
