PPerfect size as an information kit
I bought these to create a medical alert tube for my senior building. In each tube we placed medical information/ kin contact. Police/fire/ambulances know each resident has information in that tube located in the door of their refrigerator on site. Our board of directors gave each resident this tube as a resident holiday gift. They and the families love it.

Read carefully regarding sizing of container
Be sure to read the sizing of tubes. I purchased the 1 inch gumballs and they did not fit. I had to order another bag of gumballs but in the 1/2 size. Have 4 3/4 lbs of gumballs that can't be used.

Great value
Oriental trading always has what I need. I saw sixlet "paintbrushes" on etsy but they were too expensive for a favor that held 18 sixlets. These tubes are thick and sturdy. I bought the $9.99 bag of rainbow sixlets and filled each tube. They hold 43 sixlets giving a great favor amount (and plenty of sixlets left over for snacking). I can't wait to see the kids expressions.

  • BEST ANSWER: The diameter of the tube is 3/4" so the gumballs would need to be smaller than that.
