Velcro!
Loved the Velcro but the straps are super thin and look like they’d tear easily.

Decent
I like to buy birthday crowns for my 1st grade students every year to make them feel special. I gave these out last school year and although they started out fine, they would end up ripped by the end of the school day. They are flimsy and thin.

These birthday crowns are great. They have Velcro on the back so you can quickly size them to your student’s head. They are also made of sturdy paper.
