I bought these last year as Valentines Day favors and they were great. I bought them again this year and they were slimy and just broke apart. They were not the consistency that putty should be. They did send me a return shipping label and said that I would get a refund, but not for my original shipping. Which I think is really bad customer service. Why should customers have to pay shipping on defective product?

Hands Down the School Wide Favorite
This is the prize EVERYONE wants at the end of the month, so much so that I actually have trouble keeping it stocked in my box. It’s very kid friendly, and parent friendly. This is not that gooey, sticky slime that gets everywhere. It’s more solid, squishy, and easily goes back into the container from which it came. I would give it all the stars if I could, and think all slimes should be like this one.

Kids love them
I bought these for my niece and nephews. They love them. Be forewarned, as they play with them the colors mix and it becomes a pretty silver color (which the boys promptly decided was robotic and were spreading it on their hands to give them robotic powers). A great addition to their Easter baskets (actually, the first thing they played with), I'll save the extras for Christmas stocking, Halloween, etc.

Can anyone please tell me if all the balls are golden colored slime until it gets mixed up by hand? And then it changes to purple, pink,blue,etc. Or can you see through the clear ball containers different colors?

I bought this a few weeks ago and kept it in my wardrobe, took it and played only once. When I unpacked it, it felt weird and had lumps in it along with a VERY BAD smell. After heating it, the lumps disappeared but the smell didn't. Can anyone help me? Does anyone have the same problem?
