This craft says it all for Easter. This craft is VERY easy to put together... However, the picture of the finished product inside the plastic bag was like just a silhouette, and difficult to figure out which pieces of the crown of thorns go where... looked it up on the computer, and self explanitory... again - this is a great Easter craft for the kids

Beautiful Cross Craft Project
Used this craft Easter morning for our 1st-3rd grades Sunday School class. The craft was easy to assemble and the adhesives stuck together well. The size was bigger than I anticipated and so nice. The parents were impressed with how beautiful the cross was and the children were excited to show them to their parents. Easy, Quick, and Attractive Finished Product
Although this is an EASY and quick craft for young students, the concept of "Paid in Full" and the crown of thorns definitely NEEDS a lesson/explanation that is on their level. As we teachers bagged the parts for each individual student's kit, we tied the hanger string because threading the string through the little hole in the foam piece and tying a knot is difficult for young students. The finished product is bright and attractive, and the students were proud to display the crosses.

The wreath for the cross was not the correct size. It was too big to wrap around the cross as the picture Suggested. I had to cut a small piece off to make it fit. So I cut 60 wreaths which took some time. I had to make sure the students could fit the pieces. Fortunately for me I have 6th grade students who were old enough to make it work. It is a beautiful cross with a terrific message-just wish all pieces fit.
