Surprisingly disappointed.
The personalization comes in sheets that we then have to put on the cups. (I wasn’t aware of that little detail). The cups have ridges so the decals don’t lay flat and looks tacky. We won’t be using them at all so we still need cups!

Unstuck Stickers
The stickers did not stay stuck. The labels came off (curled ) on their own overnight . the bumpy surface of the cup did not allow the stickers to adhere, the glasses them selves were fine. just super disappointed in the stickers

Completely disappointed both with cup and customer service. Do not be taken in by the picture that says are you happy with this order make sure you read fine print the cup has ribs the stickers do not stick and appear as nicely on the cup as the picture displayed by oriental trading shows when you click approve. Customer service said make sure you read all the fine print, They cannot take the order back waste of money trashcan will consume this it will not up here at our daughter’s wedding Oriental trading will never have a business again

When stuff says personalized they should really personalize them and not give you a stickerto personalize yourself I could have ordered the stickers and the cups much cheaper
Wasn't aware that I had to put the stickers on the cup myself and the stickers don't even stick on the cups or the shot glasses.

Very Disappointed
We ordered Personalized Two Hearts disposable plastic cups. When the box arrived, the cups were packaged separately and have serious ridges on them. The “personalization” came on two separate rolled up sheets of stickers that we apparently have to stick on ourselves. There is no way the stickers are going to stay on the ridged cups. No where in the description of the cups or the ordering information did it say we would have to personalize the cups ourselves. Personalized cups should be just that - personalized. So very disappointed that we spent our money with your company and will NEVER do so again!
