Perfect Puerto Rican Pava
Great hat! Size is perfect and fits an adult male with a huge head. Hahaha
Using these for a Puerto Rican Jibaro themed birthday on a chinchoro bus in Puerto Rico so they are just perfect! Quality exceeded the price point.

BEST ANSWER: The hat could be inverted however it would not stand and would could possibly need reinforcement to stay inverted. This could vary with each hat. We would not recommend it for the purpose of a gift basket.
