Perfect letters

Exactly What We nEEDED
These sparkling letters were a favorite for our VBS kids when decorating their projects. They really liked the sparkles and the bright colors and had no trouble in getting them to stick where they wanted them. Adult leaders loved the no mess! We will remember this for future years when planning VBS.

Are the sheets individually wrapped and does each set contains 10 sheets? Looking to give them out as a party favor for my granddaughter's birthday party in daycare of 15 children would 3 packs be enough to give each child 2 sheets?
