BEST ANSWER: The rope is 8 ft in circumference. If the rope was cut and you measured end to end it would be 8 ft.
Do they come individually wrapped with more than one set of instructions?

BEST ANSWER: The jump ropes are packaged in one bag and have one set of instruction. Each jump rope is wrapped with a piece of clear tape to hold it together in the bag.
Are these individually packaged? Is each jump rope fused or tied together already? Are instructions included for EACH one?
