not as advertised
Bought these to put in trick-or-treat bags for kids in the family. While my 2 year old seems to enjoy the taste, the lollipops we received are solid blue, green or white with a skull printed on the outside of the wrapper, the lollipops themselves are not decorated.

Very disappointed!
Last years suckers were excellent. Had the faces painted. These are plain with the painted faces on the wrapper. Would never have purchased had I known.

Are the lollipops decorated as in the second picture? Most of the reviews say that they are not decorated; just the wrapper is decorated. Please clarify. It's forcing me to add a question mark so here it is ?????
