Customer service is great. the first one i got was broken, and they sent me a new one with no problem. the second one starts to play and then stops. cute and fun, and goes with my other skeletal band members, but decided not to send this one back for 3rd time is the charm. i will use as silent prop. Not sure why it gets stuck when playing the music. the little dance is fun that it does when it does play.

Terrific product BUT TOO EXPENSIVE
This banjo playing skeleton is a lot of fun. The music as well as of its wonderful animation is just super. The only thing I don't like is its cost. Way too expensive. Sorry but that's the fact. I'm a huge Halloween decorator and I know how much things should cost. You need to reduce this lovely item by half. Overall, he's just a lovely fellow who plays great music.
