Well made
I purchased these Valentine jump ropes to add in the 2018 Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes. There is nothing that says Valentine on them, only the red and white, so they can easily be added to the shoe boxes. They seem as well made as the other jump ropes I have purchased from OTC and the price was good.

Does the job perfectly
They are jump ropes. Normal quality. They are a tad small so my suggestion is if you are using them for jumping rope they are really for ages 4-8 year Olds. I bought them for my 2, 4, 7, 10, 12, and 19 year old. And he 4 and 7 year old are reread he only ones that can actually use hem for that. The other ones use them for limbo, jump the river, etc.
