DO NOT BUY TO FLY
We bought these for our children for their Easter baskets, and while coloring them was a blast, NONE of the kites were strong enough to fly, and/or broke before even attempting to fly. I do not recommend purchasing these at all, unless they will be hung as decoration on the wall.

Great buy!
I bought these kites for our church AWANA group that the kids were able to fly. I wasn’t sure if they would fly, but after receiving them in the mail I was pleasantly surprised that they actually flew very well. The ages of our group ranged from 3 years to 11 years old. They all enjoyed decorating and flying their kites. We had to adjust the string attachment point with each kite, but once that was done they were good to go! I even got two more sets so we can fly them next year too :) The only con I found was that if you’re not careful, you can stretch out the plastic body and they won’t fit right when assembling them, but a piece of scotch tape solves that problem.

Great socially distanced activity for kids
These were the perfect activity for a socially distanced birthday party. The best part: no wind needed! They flew well when the kids ran with them. Watch out for the connectors when opening each kite, though. A few were lost when they fell out of the individual bags.

Great fun!
I ordered these for a social distancing 3rd birthday party! The kids were ages 3 - 14 & they had a blast coloring with permanent markers and each flying their kites solo! The directions to put it together were really unclear though. Then, the kites didn’t really fly well because of the design (or how we put them together - not sure!) Regardless, the girls had a lot of fun and the price was well worth it!
