Poor Quality
Ordered for kids grief camp. Small, but biggest complaint is that they do not stay together securely. If you want to put things inside, even light weight paper, the bulb doesn't stay together well and can easily pop open. Usually have good luck with OT, very disappointed with product.

have tape handy!
For being a bit on the smallish side, this is a nice product (good clear plastic) and I was able to fill the ornament with various small items-jewels, pompoms, etc. However, the ball will not snap shut and if you overfill it or use "snow", just be aware it will not stay closed. I used clear tape not magic or satin tape to hold it shut. That's an extra unexpected step, so to speak, and thus the 3 stars.

These are great!
The inside width is 2 3/8" and the outside diameter is 7 5/8", perfect for filling and giving them as gifts. I like to personalize them for my friends. Like for my Vet clinic I'll put in little animals. My granddaughter - something princess! My grandsons, small cars/trucks. These are very clear with no markings on them.

Was just what I wanted.
Received the plastic Christmas ornaments in time for Christmas. I was so excited. Put in sand, ocean glass, and a small eagle, snowy owl, frog, etc. and glued the sides together. Put a ribbon through the holes in the top for hanging on the tree and gave them for Christmas. They were a hit. Have plans to make more later on with other things inside. Thanks so much for getting send out quickly.

Poor quality control
Had large group of kids making ornaments. They enjoyed the project however we had difficulty getting balls to stay together once filled (not overstuffed). We had to use fancy tape to keep them together and the kids smiling. Poorly made.

The craft project is for children of all ages, from 3-14. I just don't want it to be too small as I will need to order a lot and don't want to make that mistake and order the wrong size.

  • BEST ANSWER: I ordered both this size and the Large size. The inside width of this one is 2 3/8", the outside diameter is 7 5/8". The large ones are 2 3/4" inside width and outside diameter is 8 3/4". Personally, I think these are perfect for your age group. I also think these are better quality. They are clear and unscratched. The larger ones aren't as perfect and they have tiny printing on the inside. However, they also come with caps that fit on top and ribbon to hang it with. Good luck with your decision!

Can you insert a photo without it bending or falling over?

  • BEST ANSWER: These ornaments are 2 1/4". You would need to curl the image to have it fit inside the ornament depending on the size. It does not have a spot to insert an image.
