What size is the box at the top and bottom of the column? Is it the same on the other size columns?

  • BEST ANSWER: For the 6-foot tall columns, the top and bottom are the same size—16 inches square, and 3 inches tall. I don't know about the other size columns.

  • BEST ANSWER: They are made with cardboard. Depending on the humidity they may get soft. You can put sand or rocks in the base to keep them from blowing over
