I got 26 pieces but NOT the complete alphabet/number sequence!
Alphabet & Number Recognition Step Game: It is supposed to be a game with pieces kids can "step on"; but the pieces dent and scratch very easily, when you use them. Worst, I got 26 pieces but NOT the complete alphabet/number sequence -- I did not get "G/6" -- I got (2) "J/9" (Note: "A" is listed as "0"). I had bought but saved this game, for a recent event we had at our church -- I only recently discovered the "missing letter" piece. The set is incomplete and a useless waste of my money.

Missing Letter
I have brought the Alphabet and Number recognition step game. When I have received this game there was 25 letters not 26 . The letter that was missing is the letter J. I would advised that You count all of the step game pieces to make sure that all of the letters and numbers are included

VBS use
I bought these to use in my VBS class. Two of the pieces were sent deformed. I only needed to use 5 of the pieces and the color on one side came off.

Exceeded my Expectations!
I was shocked to see that my order arrived in such a large box until I opened it and realized that these foam stepping stones are so much larger and more sturdy than I expected! They are probably 1/2" thick foam and will last my preschool a very long time!

Can they be mounted outdoors? Will they withstand the rain?

  • BEST ANSWER: They are made from foam. They are fine in rain, but would fade and be damaged by the sun. They are meant to pull out when you need them. Grass sticks to them as they attract static electricity. My kids like to throw them like Frisbees.
