BEST ANSWER: The pillar comes in a flat box, consisting of 2 circular hubs for the top end and bottom end. Rods are then placed to create each tier of support.. The finished product is awesome, but when there was not hardware for the 2nd pillar, it just wasn't the same.

BEST ANSWER: Each piece will connect to the previous piece to make the circle. You will want to anchor it to the ground.

I've searched for a 10 ft. x 8 1/2" metal circle arch frame but have been unsuccessful. Have they been discontinued?

It looks like more than one arch is needed. It looks like you need two arches for the outside, or larger circle, and two arches needed for the inner smaller circles.
