Questions for Custom Photo Wedding Hand Fans - 12 Pc.
I have a few questions.
First, this product says it is 11.98 a dozen. Is there a minimum order for this? Most places that make personalized fans have a 100 plus minimum order, I don't need that many.
Second, is there a fee to customize the fans and if so, how much does that cost?
Third, how much is shipping?

BEST ANSWER: If you order a quantity of 1 you will get 12 fans. This would be the minimum order. There is no additional fee in addition to the cost shown. Shipping rates are based on the merchandise total of the order and the service level selected. There is a link to the shipping chart at the bottom of the home page under Customer Service, then Shipping Information. There is also a place to see the estimated delivery by zip code.
How long does it take to arrive? Order completion and shipping time?

BEST ANSWER: Standard delivery with personalization is 6-8 business days. Your delivery date would be shown during step 2 of the check out process.
For a beach wedding - can this also be made into a program for the ceremony?

BEST ANSWER: The backside of the fans will be blank you are able to attach a program to them yourselves but we do not have that option available at this time.
How thick are the fans? Or is it regular card stock?

BEST ANSWER: They're thick card stock. They're not floppy when you use them as a fan - quite sturdy indeed!
I would prefer to add wooden sticks to the fans.

BEST ANSWER: The self-adhesive sticks come with the entire set for the same price as the card part of the fan. You can always choose not to use the plastic sticks and instead use wooden painter's sticks. Just be careful to use good glue.
I am getting married, and already have a printed template, can I just order the fans without any personalization or photo???

BEST ANSWER: I don't think so, you have to have OTC personalize it based on the template provided on the product site.
I'm trying to download my photo from my iPhone 7 and it's not allowing me to do so. Will this work soon for smartphones or will I have to order by using a PC?

BEST ANSWER: For the best results we suggest using a computer for personalized items. We do show it is working correctly on mobile devices.
