BEST ANSWER: these do not include ties, which are better because the ties that are usually included restrict you to limiting the number of items that you want to put into the bag. I have been using these bags for three years and I use curling ribbon and I though it takes a bit more time to tie everything together. You're also allowing yourself to give yourself more personality when you tie the bag. :) Hope this helps!
