What are so many defective (holes)? Why doesn't Oriental Trading sell inferior or poor quality items?

Can we fill these up with a balloon pump? Will they stand with air? Or, do we need helium?

  • BEST ANSWER: I used a regular powered air pump, the kind used for an air mattress, because it was quicker. Once filled, they stood freely without falling.

How many days before do you inflate these? Since some of you say they had holes and Oriental Trading had time to resend them. Thanks!
