Gold color transparent when filled with air
I bought the gold balloon and had no problem with the balloon holding air, and the shape stayed circular. However, the balloon turns very transparent as it begins to fill only about halfway with air. This was a problem for me, as I was using it for a gender reveal party. I had to cover with a table cloth to keep from seeing the colored tissue paper inside. Thankfully it still burst and sent tissue paper confetti into the air.

beautiful and worked perfectly
I purchased this balloon in red, white and gold. I blew up all three with plain air and they were huge and beautiful. I ended up using the red for my project of making a hot air balloon. It looked fantastic. All of the balloons lasted over a week until they eventually brushed up against prickly objects and popped. I would recommend these balloons and will order them again.

Exactly what it's supposed to be
I needed a large, round form to use for a ceramics project. These balloons fit the bill perfectly, and being able to get them in black (the clay is white) was very helpful.

  • BEST ANSWER: The balloons should stay inflated for several hours before starting to deflating. They should stay inflated longer being filled with air.
