Why can't I rotate the image inside the button? I see the option, cut it won't let me click it.

if we don't want to add the text, can we just leave the fields blank and add an image? If we leave the field blank, then will only our image show?

  • BEST ANSWER: Hello, You can leave them blank. The photo will show up fine and it wont show any text on them if you want them blank. Just let us know in either an email or by phone that you want the text blank so we don't end up having issues on our end.

  • BEST ANSWER: Once the image is uploaded, you should be able to use the arrows to position the image. If that specific image will not center, you may need to use a different image.

Is there a plastic overlay that protects the picture or is it a metal pin that you just place the photo sticker on?

  • BEST ANSWER: If the image does not fill up the entire area or you use a clipart image, the background color will fill in the void space behind the image.

I can’t see how my photos look on the button. How do I get to move beyond this point?

  • BEST ANSWER: Once the image is uploaded on the personalize it tab, you should see a preview. You could also see a Preview it button where you can click if it looks accurate so you can place it in your shopping cart. Only a single picture upload can be used per unit.
