Better than Expected
We have purchased very similar pumpkin banners in the past. We use them to decorate the hall side of cubicles in our office. These are very bright and cheerful and actually looked better in person than in the pictures. We tacked them up onto the cube walls and then stapled faux fabric fall leaves above and around them. My employees and clients all loved them. We have 9 sets up on each side of our floor. They are a decent thickness, don't rip easily.

BEST ANSWER: I attach them to a plaster wall using a standard office stapler that opens flat. The staples make barely perceptible holes in the wall. Because the plastic is thin and doesn't have much weight, it requires a minimum number of staples.
